Most of my working life has consisted of alarm clocks, pantyhose, high heels, and someone else’s time clock. And I constantly reminded myself that there MUST be a better way. Is Your Diet Making you Crazy???

Oh my goodness! Are you as frustrated as I am with the never ending stream of what to eat, what not to eat… eat eggs, NEVER eat eggs…eat soy, avoid soy at all costs…eat vegetarian, oh, no wait, you need animal fat! What is a body to do?

I lost my sister 18 years ago to breast cancer. She was only 36 years old. Since then, I have read so much about health and wellness that I could probably write a book. (or…maybe a blog at least).
